Account Blocked

My account is blocked. I don't know why and my money is still in the account. I have been going to capitec on so many occasions to ask for my account to be unblocked because im suspecting a victim of *****. Then someone asked me to borrow them my card as they were expecting payment from their sister. But ever since from the 20th November I have not been able to use the account. Please assist in this matter as I want to use the account for my child savings and sassa grant. As after that I have been pleading with capitec to assist me meeting with some rude consultants from Park Station. Now I want to use me my account.
