Account blocked

Capitec bank is a very bad bank, they've put all my accounts on hold including savings account. When I try to get in touch with them they say I'm doing ***** which is not true because I have a small business of selling clothes and perfumes online. Now my kids and I are suffering because there is no source of income and I have lost a lot of customers because of them, I even regret ever using Capitec bank
