ACCOUNT BLOCKED

How does one deal with this issue, Capitec Bank has blocked my account since year 2019, which means I can not withdraw my money. On the other hand deposits are still coming though to the same account. I am told at the bank that there are still busy with investigations for ********** transactions which did not happen into my account but other people's accounts.
