Account blocked

Capitec closed my account cos there was money deposited in my account.the person who transfered money in my account his was closed but opened after he went to capitec branch...my account remain blocked and said it will remain closed even thou i went to different branches to try and sort it out for whatever reason capitec think it suits them ..capitec please stop harassing and embarassing your clients...I regret the day i opened an account with capitec.
