I have a loan with capitec and one day i went to the bank to obtain my settlement quote loan and i was informed that my savings account was closed due to ***** investigations since 2016 and i had funds available on my account . i have been calling to follow up and taken from pillar to post. In 2018 I received the settlement letter, I have made an EFT payment to my Loan account on the 22 August 2018 and the payment was unsuccessful.This issue is stressing me out because im unable to settle the loan.
