Account blocked

Capitec blocked my account without doing any thoroughly investigation they said they are investigating it's been 3 months now they don't say anything and they have a habit of closing people's accounts when they see that they have big money in the account, Capitec is ****ming people everyday I've been waiting for their call till now nothing is happening.
