Account being Handed over

Good evening, I had a loan back in 2018 couldn't afford to paid off due to losing my job, so from 2024 I stared paying monthly then settled it in February 2026, got a paid up letter from DMC, so now my status is being handed , I cannot apply for any credit because Capitec flagged my status, I went to Capitec to be assisted but they said they cannot assist,
