Accidentally transferred money ti the wrong person and the bank is taking me from pillar to post.

I accidentally transferred R15000 to the number *** belonging to Ralph Nkoana instead of Lerato Miya on ***. Seeing my error I immediately call Ralph who still do not answer my calls & hv switched his phone now. I went to Pretoria Arcidia Branch & was adviced by Mbongeni Hlatshwayo who insinuated that I go make an affidavit which will be scanned to head office. As Risslyn branch is next to where am staying I passed there n where Nthabiseng Mojabi alluded it's a Civil matter & I need to open a police theft. Indeed I went an open a case. Now I've just called Capitec client services & I was told it's a civil matter I need to go to court to open a case. I have already opened a case of theft with police & awaiting case number. The treatment is not good at all. Where am I going to get my money because as bank they have a right to reverse the money . They did not even consider giving me a reference number on ally calls. Calls are recorded as they always say. I just need my money. Thus is not the first time Caputec is doing this to me.

It is with great happiness to let you know that all my money was returned within a blink of an eye. Mr Nkoana promptly responded & spoken to me in a very polite way & soon after my money was in my bank account. Keep up the good work guys. You deserve a Bells. I knew you gonna nail it. Continue assisting us. You are the best.
