Accidentally bought what I didn't want

Today between 12pm and 12h30 I wanted to buy R100 airtime but accidentally bought R1000, I 1st called vodacom to ask how I can reverse that, but they referred me to the bank, saying they can't do anything from their side, that was around 12h22, the I called capitec and they too told me that it's vodacom's responsibility.

I even asked both if there's no procedure for such events, both blamed the other, while I the client is suffering no one is showing accountability or remorse. What if I had bought 10k of airtime?

1 consultant even went as far as saying I must just see how I sort that out, didn't even try ask anyone how to help me.

I'm beyond upset right now because now my family will suffer because of this.. And 2 big companies have no procedures for accidental transactions. It means even if ***** was committed, I'd get no help.

If nothing is done with this matter, just know soon as that airtime is finished, I will leave vodacom and I will leave capitec, and so will my fam because they all using your products which some I am paying for. I'm sure capitec can see that from their side.

NB: the above message, as is, is copied and pasted for both of you.

I worked in insurance for over 7 yrs, part of it was clients services, I was taught a business must be willing to go beyond boundaries for good service experience. And the client measures the value of service and not the amount, so service matters most.
