Access to my funds

I do hope this is the right email address for you. I am in desperate need of your intervention. To say I am sick and tired of Capitec would be a joke. My tiredness cannot be put into words. I have been to your branch more times than I care to mention and have dealt with your call centre and social media team with no satisfaction at all. It started when I moved my FNB account to Capitec. It has been 6 months but the issues I’ve come across have me regretting moving to you every month. I can’t access my R30 000 which is in savings account not even in my 30 day notice account. I can’t withdraw at any ATM. I have put in more than 30 notices at different banks with no satisfaction, the latest excuse was that the money truck is delayed (Capitec Bree) and I was sent to Capitec Kerk Street where I was treated like a dog. The money promised to me was given to someone else and I was only told this when I got to the teller. I was told to come back tomorrow and asked to leave as the bank was closing (I was forced to leave when the security guard said me failing to leave meant I was there to rob them). This made me wonder if all your customers are treated like or is it because I am a young black man. And from where I am sitting the people that work for you do not value my business. As I type this email to you I haven’t paid rent, done groceries or paid any of my bills. I am hungry and angry that I have money that I can’t use and your bank doesn’t give a sh*t. I haven’t eaten for a week because I am tired of borrowing from my family and friends. Now, I ask Mr. CEO, is this how you treat people who have chosen to bank with you?

Capitec has let on more than 2 occasions “third parties” debit all of my money and told me to reverse it via the app mind you my aps doesn’t work ever and debit orders over the amount of R400 need to be reversed at a branch. Every 2 days I take time off work to go to branch to sort this issue out and every day I am met with a “it has been sorted, wait for 24 hours and you’ll access you money” and again that doesn’t happen. The CEO Desk, Twitter and Hello Peter have tried and failed to sort my issue out. I owe people money because I asked your banking to manage my funds but instead you have done everything to keep my money away from. Now you tell me MR. CEO who “gets R3 every minute” and “ got a R95 Million” what do I have to do to get my R30 000?

I look forward to your response.
