Access Facility a ****

I cannot express my disappointment enough about the Capitec Access Facility account. Recently money vanished from my Access Facility account, surprisingly it's untraceable. I went to the Branch, the consultant gave me a phone to talk to the Collections department. The first consultant failed to give me a straight answer, then he referred me to the other consultant which left me on hold for more than an hour.
