Access facility
Good day, yesterday morning when I logged in I saw that my revolving credit has disappeared. Apparently Capitec decreased my limit . Do you have any idea what this is doing to my budget as these was done immediately after debit order ? Now I have to go to the bank AGAIN to apply for credit facilities. it clearly shows that I will be paying access facility for 2 years without not using it. That's shows its no longer a revolving credit and now personal loan. These has really impacted my finance as i cannot pay and withdraw. I feel the bank has put me in these situation as nothing was said that the bank can decrease limit at any given moment. I used the access facility funds knowing I can pay and withdraw again . Know I have to pay a huge debit order amount You have put me in a very bad predicament guys and I think it is so unprofessional from a bank that has always given me the utmost professional service. I really don't know what to do.
