ACC Blocked

On the 30th June I received money from someone whom I borrowed money so she was paying me back. Now it is reported that I was involved in some ****s then they blocked both our account 😖😠we made police affidavit and submitted them on 02th Dec that we're unaware of those allegations. Turns out her account is now unblocked then mine till today when I call the bank the consultant keeps on transferring me to others with no help all they say is that it is still under investigation...what investigation if they were able to unblock the person who sent me the money?? Is she was found innocent how is it possible that I'm on hold for so long .I'm so annoyed by this bank .now I'm here struggling borrowing money for transport whereas I have money in my bank...

Please guys let's boycott this unprofessional bank or learn the hard way. I was always warned by my colleague on why do I trust this bank with my money.
