Abusive Capitec Bullies

Capitec has best systems which could be their worst nightmare. They track your salary, collect debit order nut still have a GALL to send their rude consultants to demand money that you are in arrears. How when am on debit order! Worse they don't even wait for your contractual date. To top it off they even went and debited money from my savings account which has NOTHING to do with the loan account. Now my loan account results in credit. Why all this abusive behavior when I have the authority to debit and is NOT even the debit date!!! Their agents are darn rude to say the least.
