Abusive capitec

I feel it's very unfair that capitec tells people to look for other jobs if they are unhappy and when we do you keep following us with such sms below demand money as if you paid me in advance.

You charged me me more than you pay me for not serving notice despite me trying to serve one week notice.

so basically happiness is something you don't want to see in people

Maybe I am wrong.
