Absolutely pathetic, customer service is nonexistent with this company!

Absolutely horrible customer service, if it wasn't for the star rating having to be there to make this most, I'd leave it at no stars. I've been having countless issues with Capitec, I've sent numerous emails and after a week I still haven't received any feedback from them. Loan repayments are taken out in a timely manner but the total amounts keep increasing instead of decreasing! I've mailed capitec on different occasions to address this issue, accompanied by statements showing the incorrect values but still nothing! Absolutely pathetic, customer service is nonexistent with this company! Definitely would never suggest opening an account with this bank!
