Absolutely pathetic

Absolutely horrified with the the service, called in regarding a payment made from oversea****erica) , I dealt with this terrible women who didnt even address my issue, she just passed it off like I was s nobody...do not use capitec..it's a worthless bank, they have tracking services, they cannot pick up *****, they are just useless, and they make u feel like u are not worth helping!!!
