Absolutely atrocious service.

What a total useless bank as well as their courier service CCD Couriers. I order a new card which they were supposed to deliver. I get no less than 20 calls from CCD Couriers to ask me what address they must deliver the card to. I explained numerous times. I phone the useless call centre and get told I* must contact the courier service to make arrangements. What kind of idiots am I dealing with?
