Absolute excellence service
I wish all call centre could be like Andiswa. I phoned in, wanted a loan from CAPITEC BANK and a lady by Andiswa Qina answered the phone and she gave me the most excellent customer service in the history of human kind, never in my life have I feel important after speaking to any call centre agent, but a big thumbs UP to Andiswa and please keep up the good work!!!
