Ab absolute waste of time.

I app**** for a Credit card, got preapproved and was even called to set up a meeting. I took my off day to go to Capitec Fourways. Spent an hour in the branch to have my R10 000 pre-approved, lowered to only R1000 and then to be told I am declined.

It was a waste of time and petrol. Why can't Capitec just inform their clients online that they are declined instead of making their clients drive out just to be told they are declined.
