The guy Randy Robert has bad customer service in every level and he end up asking irrelevant questions to the problem at which they say there was a suspicious transaction which there was not and tried buy all means to verify everything thing they were asking but still they could release my money from the transaction.

I feel like they will transfer you from one consultant to the other as their delaying tactics and every consultant have their own opinion on what transpired which sucks.
