A very Good Consultant
To whom it may concern i went back to Capitec Gezina to open my account. I have to say i am really impress withthey great customer service i received form 2 ladies. The first person is the Branch Manager Matlida a very plesant person and knows how to treat her customers. The 2nd person is Consultant 3 Jacky. I wish you will get more people like her she is vibrant, energetic, customer care driven. Very plesant to speak to and she also makes you feel welkom in the branch. Jacky was very efficiant. PLEASE GET MORE PEOPLE LILE JACKY AND MATLIDA IN THE BRANCH.
