A VERY DISAPPOINTING BANK!
I am sick and tired of this bank, i sent a voucher on the 19th of December 2023 I've been calling and enquiring about it, yesterday they said i could go redeem the voucher. The voucher is still not redeemable. Now I'm at the branch and I'm being told it will be sent back within 24 hrs. I've spent so much airtime, petrol and wasted so much time on this. I want my money today!!!
