A student in need
I'm currently a Student at the University of Johannesburg and using Nsfas. All my allowances a transacted into my Capitec bank account. On the 19 of April 2021 i borrowed my brother my capitec bank card and he transferred ********** money in it which cause capitec to put my account on hold since April, but they still allowed my Nsfas allowances to be sent in that account and now i cant get a hold of my allowances which i currently need as I am a student. I'v went twice to 2 different capitec branches to seek help but they all told me the same thing that they can't do anything as they are still investigating. I don't understand how they allowed ********** money to be withdrawn out of my account because the South African law doesn't allow that. I even submitted documents to prove that that money in my account is from Nsfas Uj but still not help. I'v tried explaining to them that i need some of the money to purchase a book that i need for my exams but still i got no help. I even allowed them to do proper investigations as proof that i really had no idea that the money was **********. They ddnt even bother giving me a reference number for my case.
