A month and still no feedback or action to my request

I have 3 business accounts, I asked for the newest to be added to my dashboard on my app where my other 2 accounts appear, so I would have a consolidated view of all accounts. Numerous requests through Zelna my RM - a month later and no feedback and it still has not been done. Previous RM added the second account to the consolidated view in 2 days. Really poor service when I have 3 accounts
