A manager who lacks compassion.

First of all, I would like to tell you that Timothy from your Bluff, Durban Branch is absolutely amazing. He is compassionate, understanding and goes over and beyond to care about his clients. Even while I was having a panic attack, he was patient with me.

My one start review comes in with the disgusting way I was treated by the Branch Manager. She has an attitude that absolutely stinks, she lacks compassion and was not willing to assist me in any way. I eventually had to tell her to get away from me before I would start screaming at her.

A branch manager should be willing to take and judge every situation by merit, bug the minute she walked out the door to me I could see that she had already decided not to help me.

Timothy's hands were tied, as well as the other supervisor who both tried to help me.

Train your managers to be human, we're clients, not **** that should be treated with disrespect, disdain and suspicion. Each client is different and has different needs - shame on her.
