a man of honour

I had alot of challengers but mr siyabonga from capitec branch standford quaters went the extra mile altought his manager didnt want to give me the loan who i see as incompedent to be a branch manager i was about to close my account which I have been banking for the past +/-9 years which was my 1 st time I needed assistance from my bank and it took me 2 weeks to get the loan which i went to another branch in sidwell commercial rd where i explain my situation to the manager Mrs lizel where all in all it took me +/-20 minutes and the money was paid into my account where I struggle to get from the same bank different manager at Stanford rd 2 weeks and still nothing he first ask for a settelment letter which i handed in after that another story that the bank can't settle that account where by I settle it myself 9196 rand went back to the bank all to find out he wants now a paid up letter which was given from the company which he was not sufficient evidence for me to get approved. It's when I contact the branch in sidwell .we'll done sidwell branch you proved to me that capitec is still my no 1 hope that the manager at Stanford branch will learn from this it's not how a person look or his tattoos I really felt like a victim of circumstances some moments i felt like I was trying to do the bank in .I visited standford branch for weeks which cost me money to drive there and phone the branch to find out if they received the correct paid up letter .Mr Siyabonga & MrLizel I see the extra mile you have travelled with me on this journey and its because of yaul that i will still be doing bussiness with catipec .The two of you makes a mean team which your area manager can put you in one branch then yaul make more sales and bussiness for the bank i will rather travel 50 extra km before I visit standford rd branch again mr siyabonga please move to another branch then I be your no 1 client and make sure that the other 3 00 stuff members that is working under me also join capitec bank . Well done Mr siyabonga for keeping capitec name high .just sorry that your branch manager don't see that in you in my company I notice my stuff to keep the client happy but I make sure I keep my stuff happy.which in return will perform better. Sidwell branch yaul be my branch that I 'll be visiting for the rest of my life even If I must go 1000km I travel to do my bussiness.....thank you Lizel and khibi
