A few days ago I wrote a review about Capitec bank,I was very unhappy regarding a dispute I logged about a incorrect amount I purchased for electricity, Capitec responded and a complaint manager Kelly called me she assisted with the query, she was empathetic and definitely walked on my shoes I have banked with Capitec for many years to be honest I was considering jumping board however I'm staying thank you so much Kelly from the complaints manager for sorting out my query you are a great face for the company keep up the good work ☺️
