A Great Customer Service Received by Donorique At Customer Care

<p>I had been to the capitec branch on the 29th of September 2016 and was really shocked with the service i had had. However a guy named Donorique from the customer care management team had called me up. I had spoken to him and whilst he had listened to me also he had not disburbed me from talking. He was really polite and was quite helpful. He had explained to me into detail about what was needed and why and then i had understood.</p> <p>I was very upset at first but after speaking to this gentleman i realised that capitec bank customer care is very prompt with their agents and their services. I will be move my account to capitec bank now because of the great customer service i had received from Donorique.</p> <p>Thank you for your help and keep up the great customer service , Donorique!!!</p>
