A cancelled card doesn't mean cancelled!!

So I have been a Capitec client for roughly 9 years or so . During this time I have either lost cards or it got ****** . Naturally when this happens, you stop your card and never pay it any mind. Last week and internet provider deducted money from my account using the card information of a card that was cancelled . The deductions was made not as a debit order but a subscription so it cannot be reversed immediately. Even weirder, the company was able to deduct an amount that exceeded my balance leaving my account overdrawn and everyone at Capitec gives me the run around ... No one cares that I can't even buy a bread . When cancelling a card, please insist on them unenrolling the card as I didn't know that the card information can still be used even after it's cancelled because the card is still enrolled...
