A Breath of Fresh Air!

I had pretty much given up hope of finding a financial institute that does what it promises and offers acceptable customer service until I opened a bank account with Capitec in 2018. Not only are the banking fees exceptionally reasonable, but the customer service is like none other! Gone are the days of wasting hours upon hours waiting in lines at banks, or on hold trying to get through to a call center. The online platform is user friendly and every staff member I've encountered, whether in person or on the phone, has been extremely helpful and efficient. From the very first step in opening an account, moving my debit orders across and even providing an easy way to access funds during international travel - Capitec is top of the charts all round!
