A Bank with no soul or good faith???

I have contacted the bank for the past 3 months letting them know of a change in financial position that will affect my ability to pay the instalment. Requested to negotiate a new payment plan. This was flatly denied on the basis that they had already done this in 2015 when I also had some trouble. My account is still current and in good standing yet the bank isn't willing to assist. They are only willing to assist me with a plan when I start defaulting. This is a bit malicious as now they will start charging more interest which will end up with me never finishing this loan. None of the manager in the collection department agreed to speak with me as they claim the system doesn't allow for this. I am now forced to default just so we can renegotiate. Would you say Capitec is doing business in good faith with such measures?
