A bank that recognises ATM Deposits as salary and debits your account how useless

Every December the said bank debits my account on a random day assuming that the money in the account is my slary. Yet the contract say on my salary date. I deposited money on the 26th of December and bang I am debited. Who gets paid on a holiday?

It is frustrating and such an inconvenience especially when you have never missed a payment and have plans for the money deposited. I think I should move my account to a mich more efficient bank. It is better to pay bank charges for peace of mind than have less bank charges and always wonder when debit orders will go off and be inconvenienced.
