A bank that listens and changes with their clients profiles

Capitec Bank advertises personal loans starting from 12% interest rate and myself being a new client and having made some bad choices in life before going to Capitec Bank, my interest rate was not in the best range, it was in the worst ranges. With this said, i repaid my personal loans and after a year approached Capitec bank to review my interest rates as i was a good payer. Capitec Bank was very forth coming and reviewed my loan agreements and also my interest rates and low and behold, they brought down my interest rates to normal, good credit profiles interest rates. Capitec Bank did go the extra mile and also listened to my issues and challenge and showing that i learned from my mistakes and being a regular good credit profile, does have its rewards. Well done Capitec Bank for listing and to reward good credit profiles.
