A Bank that forces individuals to use useless services that are ineffective.

I would like to add to this review that during my earlier call, the lady informed me that nothing could be done and stated that the situation was unplanned, while the app indicates it is planned. I foolishly waited until 2 am, only for them to change the time to 4 am and add the words "maybe" or "should." This bank has now cost me tonight the equivalent of what I would have been paying them in banking fees for the next decade or two. Frustration bubbled within me as I realized the potential losses, not just financially, but also in terms of the time I had wasted. It became clear that finding a reliable banking service would be a top priority moving forward, as Capitec is clearly, to my disbelief, not a bank that can be trusted at all whatsoever, as well as is not as reliable as I previously used to believe.
