A bank that cannot get debit dates right

On the 16th of December 2024 I deposited money in my account via ATM and Capitec decided to debit my monthly loan installment. Recognising ATM Deposits as "salary". I wrote a review on the same platform and was only contacted two days later. After I had called them for clarity ad to ewhy my account it debited whereas it is not yet my salary date nor the payment date. The amount was reversed.

Now my salary is in and as per the contract signed should my salary date fall on a holiday the payment will be taken a dsy before. Guess what, the most trusted bank did not debit my account. Now I am seriously concerned as to how Capitec Banking system works. Are they trying to create debts so people can remain indebted to them or what?
