Am Pheneus Mbiza I went to Capitec at Kamaqhekeza plaza branch looking for a loan to but a a car .when I app**** I qualified for r200k then the branch consultant (Nkululeko) ,(ridicule) also the branch manager,asked what was then loan for I tell him , Then he find a dealership they did everything when I was waiting for the car was not arrived when I go back to them to tell them they said everything is cancelled my problem is am paying the loan and now is been 3 months paying without the car or loan . I don’t know what am paying know now
