I did cash sand on friday the 25th and when i went to the ATM the transaction was cancelled when i check on my app the cash send was redeemed. i called capitec and logged a call even today i have not received my money.. today i called 4 times and i couldn't even speak to a manager because the agents keep on hanging up my call i spoke to zinzi and she didn't even want to give me her 2nd name she was so rude... i need my money today
