8months still my money held back by capitec

ok so if you look back you will see all my comments iv left before about capitec. so today 8 months later 8months my money still has not been returned to me i mean im just lost for words really. now at this point capitec owes me around R2000 that is being with held from me iv called so so many times but there was said that the client still refuses to agree that he recieved all the items he paid for and there for sory we cant help you. i dont know how one can possibly run a business through this bank because the client dosnt like me so hes doing this on purpose and capitec just agrees with him even after i sent capitec my proof of delivery from the couriers they still refuse and the best part is the guy refusing does not even bank with capitec but i do just showes how they treat thair own clients.so now its come to the point where i now owe them money for a loan i have with them and man o man they are on thair game calling demanding i pay saying they will take me to court what what what what so its ok if you owe me money but not ok if i owe you money???????? thats abit unfair dont you think.
