8MONTHS AND STILL NOT RESOLVED
8Months later and still no resolution the query still pursue - no one in the bank is taking this serious . I have received no phone call from management ...I get daily calls 3x times a day from agents advising owe money and I am behind with payments.... they have no clue what is happening on the account as i have a monthly successful debit order going off ..... i have just received another sms advising i will be handed over ....CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESOLVE THIS URGENTLY
