i had been de*****ed on my capitec on may2024 i did all that they asked me to do i even went an extra mile asked for the police statement and email it to them i have been in an out of their branches been calling their hotlines been sending them whatsapp messages without any positive feedback or any other feedback today i called them only for them to let me know that my had been closed on august and they wont be refunding me am so tired and drained about this bank i would advise people not to use this bank at all they do not care about their client
