I nomvula princess mkhize..on the 26 November 2023..capitec bank stopped my account because someone reported it..they asked me to do affidavit..I did on that day which on 26 of November I did cash send on my account..when I submitted the affidavit they open my account but they put that cash send on hold.when I asked abouts the cash send..they said their still investigating until today no feedback..I asked what case those this cash send voucher have cause I did the affidavit and open the account but now they don't want to remove hold on my cash send voucher
