I had a very bad experience with capitec bank these days these day on the 20th january i bought mtn data using capitec app but i didnt receive data and the problem is on capitec since mtn did not receive money from Capitec secondly i made payshap using Capitec to Nedbank but he did not receive payment i made payment last week on the 24 even now he havent receive any payment i contacted capitec but they told me to wait 24 its been days waiting. Im not Happy at all i dont even know where can i get help to receive my money back
