I deposited money at an ATM in Cavendish Cape town and no receipt came out of the ATM yesterday, not knowing that their was a branch in Cavendish I went to the Rondebosch branch, at this point I was in a panic because my debit orders had to come off ,hence the reason for the deposit, myself and my kids got to the branch just before 1pm ,I was in such state of panic because I could see the money in my account the assstant Branch manager Zaytum assisted me with my issue and after sitting in the branche for almost 4 hours the Branch managers Zaytum and King ensured that my money was in my account by end of business,I would just like to say thank you them for not giving up and trying every possible to assist me the best way they could, thank you to all the staff at Rondebosch capitec that was so patient with my boys when they were getting restless ,we need more people like you in the world, caring and kind and that would go the extra mile, thank you from the bottom of my heart not giving a sleepless night.
