70 rand per transaction if it local 160 if its international:that like they were saying backof they your money will only pay for investigation fee

I went to capitec parkstation on thurs 31. 12.2020 for help. I want to the the purpose of banking with them if they cant help when someone out there is taking money in your account without your permission and when you report to the bank they tell you that they will charge you 70 rand per transaction for investigating. On Thursday morning i received an sms for purchase of 364 rands and when i check on my capitec i noticed that whoever first took 75 twice before 364 and 28 rand was taken after 364.i didn't do the above transaction. They took 542 on my account. Please investigate i want my money. NB i have my card it was not lost.
