6 Months of waiting for a paid up letter - They just ignore you

If I could give a -0 rating I would. Isn't it funny that when you owe money these companies harass you with phone calls, SMS and emails but as soon as you are done paying and kindly request a paid up letter so that you can move on with your life they ignore you.

My account has been paid up since last year October 2025 since then no response on request for my paid up letter.

This is extremely frustrating and find it completely unacceptable.

I will be lodging a complaint at the credit ombudsman and I will fight Capitec on every social medial platform today. I will not stop until I have my paid up letter.
