5800 went missing during transferee

I still haven't got any response from Capitec about my R5800 that was transfered to the fnb account I have the eeceiptiant bank statement now nothing is showing. I called Capitec they told me they will call me back within 5 days now it's 15 days since the disapearence of my money. I haven't heard from Capitec no none cares to call an explain to me. As we speak I don't have a place to stay my land lord kicked me out because he think I'm a *****. How come I can transfere money to his account an even today it doesn't reflect.
