They took my money, R7500 on my capitec account last year December 2023 on the 5th and I reported to capitec ***** team and they did investigate since on the 8th of December till now but if I contact them today to check the incident they told me that " As per the feedback your claim has been denied, so the will not be able to refund my money" but I need reasons about my ****** money and I want my money
