5000 Loan takes more than 3 days to acquire, still waiting!
What a horrible experience from a bank that is deemed to have a high client satisfaction. I requested a R5000 loan it takes them longer than 3 days to process, like I am applying for a home loan. When I bought my car with another bank it took me 4 hours to get approval a minim loan such as R5000 which I need urgently takes more than 3 days! Trust me I am not coming back to Capitec. Another thing you speak to the WhatsApp consultant and she has zero emotional intelligence. Very dissapointing!
