I would like to congratulate the manager of Columbine Square branch of Capitec, Mandi Tshabalala for her knowledge and friendliness. Which is more I than I can say for your Twitter person who obviously doesn't have the knowledge. My problem with removing SMS UPDATE was done from my App. The same goes for the person at your ********** 043 number. These people need training if they are dealing with customers. 5 stars to Mandi.
